Nova Scotia in the peak of Fall colours

We arrive in Halifax with a very loose plan, Having learnt that it's often best to make most if it up as you go along. After some initial assessments and discussion we arrive at hiring a car and setting off immediately. This beach just north of Halifax let us imagine a final glimpse of summer.

We stopped for lunch at the only sigle malt scotch distillery in Nth America

Once again we enjoyed sunsets over water whilst on the east coast of Canada.



And observed some female Moose up close..

On the East side of the Cape the weather got nasty, and ourinterest waned. So After stopping at Meat Cove for lunch in the car whilst watching porpoise or whales (not quite sure) we B-lined For Baddeck in the hope of a beer and the Rugby World Cup Final.
